Delegate Webster moves to amend HB 4134, as follows:
On line 18, page 3, sub-section b, after the word
"distribution", by striking the words"tobacco products" and
inserting in lieu thereof the word "cigarettes";
On line 21, page 3, sub-section c, after the word
"distribution", by striking the words "tobacco products" and
inserting in lieu thereof the word "cigarettes";
AND,
On line 24, page 3, sub-section d, after the word
"distribution", by striking the words "tobacco products" and
inserting in lieu thereof the word "cigarettes".
